LAYOUT

Villa Teal's layout is designed for comfort and luxury. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of which are en-suite), and 1 guest bathroom that also serves as a bathroom for the 4th bedroom. The living and dining spaces, 2 bedrooms (1 of which is en-suite), and the guest bathroom are located on the upper level of the house, with access to the infinity pool. The other 2 en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower level of the main house.

For added privacy, the property also features 2 en-suite guestrooms with independent entrances, one on the pool level and one on the ground level. All bedrooms boast stunning sea and sunset views. The outdoor area features an infinity pool, a built-in BBQ, a variety of seating areas on both levels, an outdoor bathtub, and a bohemian hammock. The private chapel is located on a small cliff at the highest level of the property, offering breathtaking views of the villa and surrounding area.
